equip aims to be a training resource for South Australian Churches and Christian organisations. Our goal is to equip Christian people from all across the state for faithful and effective ministry.
Training events are currently run twice a year: the first over a single weekend early in the year, and the second over four Thursday nights in August. Most equip subjects involve eight 50-minute sessions, with each subject offered at least once every two years.
We have put together some suggested pathways that will take you through various subjects depending on your area of ministry. You could plan to be systematic and complete an entire pathway over a few years, or you could simply enrol in whichever subject appeals to you each time equip is run.
equip is a ministry of EFAC (Evangelical Fellowship of the Anglican Communion). EFAC aims to maintain and promote a strong biblical witness in and through the Anglican Church, to advance the cause of the gospel in Australia. As evangelical churches and organisations work together, we hope to provide a greater breadth and depth of training than any one church could produce by itself.
